Eligibility & Availability
Eligibility for dental services is based on income. We accept
new applications for dental patients at specific times as we are
able to add patients to our schedule. To apply, individuals must
bring photo identification and income information.
Acceptable verification of income can be a check stub, a tax return,
a letter from your employer, or a notarized letter stating your income. (For people who have no
income or are paid in cash, they will need a notarized letter for
verification.)
This application
process is the first step toward receiving care. Eligible patients
will then be scheduled for x-rays and assessment, and they will be
scheduled with a dentist after that. It may take a month or
longer to see a dentist from the time of initial application.

CLASSES:
Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am and 11:00 am
We recently
launched a new health education program for our patients with
diabetes and high blood pressure and for those interested in
quitting smoking. Each week, we teach classes about
understanding these health problems, their complications, and proper
nutrition. Completion of these classes is mandatory for all patients
receiving ongoing medication from Mercy. Anyone else is welcome to
attend.
