Tracy is originally from Huntington, WV. She has been married to her husband, Chris for 29 years and they have 2 adult children. She has served as the Executive Director of Mercy Health Center for 4 years. She previously served as the Director of Athens Pregnancy Center for over 10 years. She also serves on the OneAthens Health Team.
