  • Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care Visits for all New Patient Appointments
  • Assessment (contact our clinic to learn more details about assessments offered)
  • Individual, culturally sensitive counseling available in both English and Spanish
  • Topic specific groups
  • Collaborative Behavioral Health medication management with Primary Care
  • Assistance with outside referrals when necessary
