  • We are taking new patients! To become a patient, please call us at 706.425.9445.

  • To be eligible for services, patients must be age 18 or older, completely uninsured, at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level, and a resident in one of the following counties: Clarke, Barrow, Jackson, Madison, Oconee, or Oglethorpe.

    • Picture Identification

    • Proof of income, such as paystubs or a notarized letter

    • If you are not working, bring a wage statement from the Department of Labor

    • Proof of residency, such as a letter with a recent date, name and address, or a lease agreement

    • Bottles for all current medication you are taking

  • Services are free, although every patient has the opportunity to contribute to their care through financial donations.

  • If your provider orders labs, they can be drawn during your appointment in the daytime (for night clinic, you may be asked to come back during the day) and our staff will call you with the results.

    For all imaging and other outside results, patients will be called once results are reviewed by our providers.

  • Mercy’s office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am-3:00 pm. Clinic hours extend until 8 pm on some Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you are an existing patient, please call during office hours to schedule an appointment.

  • Please call our office at 706.425.9445 for medication refills. Please allow 48-72 hours for all refill requests.
