We do not offer emergency services and no walk-ins are accepted.

Any person interested in scheduling a dental appointment must first become a medical patient. After you schedule your first medical visit, you will be given information on how to schedule a dental appointment. Our dental services are limited to extractions, cleanings, and fillings. We do not provide emergency dental care.

To be eligible for services, patients must be age 18 or older, completely uninsured, at or below 150% of the Federal poverty level, and a resident in one of the following counties: Clarke, Barrow, Jackson, Madison, Oconee, or Oglethorpe.

• Picture Identification

• Proof of income, such as paystubs or a notarized letter

• If you are not working, bring a wage statement from the Department of Labor

• Proof of residency, such as a letter with a recent date, name and address, or a lease agreement

• Bottles for all current medication you are taking

Services are free, although every patient has the opportunity to contribute to their care through financial donations.

Mercy provides test results at your next appointment. If results require attention before the next appointment, Mercy will contact you within two weeks of the test.

Mercy’s office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am-3:00 pm. Clinic hours extend until 8 pm on some Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you are an existing patient, please call during office hours to schedule an appointment.

To refill your medicine:

• Call 706-425-9445 and the front desk volunteer will direct you to the right person.

• You can also request refills at a primary care visit.
