    We do not offer emergency services and no walk-ins are accepted.

    Any person interested in scheduling a dental appointment must first become a medical patient. After you schedule your first medical visit, you will be given information on how to schedule a dental appointment. Our dental services are limited to extractions, cleanings, and fillings. We do not provide emergency dental care.

  • To be eligible for services, patients must be age 18 or older, completely uninsured, at or below 150% of the Federal poverty level, and a resident in one of the following counties: Clarke, Barrow, Jackson, Madison, Oconee, or Oglethorpe.

    • Picture Identification

    • Proof of income, such as paystubs or a notarized letter

    • If you are not working, bring a wage statement from the Department of Labor

    • Proof of residency, such as a letter with a recent date, name and address, or a lease agreement

    • Bottles for all current medication you are taking

  • Services are free, although every patient has the opportunity to contribute to their care through financial donations.

  • Mercy provides test results at your next appointment. If results require attention before the next appointment, Mercy will contact you within two weeks of the test.

  • Mercy’s office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am-3:00 pm. Clinic hours extend until 8 pm on some Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you are an existing patient, please call during office hours to schedule an appointment.

  • To refill your medicine:

    • Call 706-425-9445 and the front desk volunteer will direct you to the right person.

    • You can also request refills at a primary care visit.
